Jason Fulton | I've been here numerous times and have been very pleased. Whether it be picking up an online purchase or stopping in for some very specific hardware, I've done so with quickly. The staff is friendly and often helpful. I would recommend this location strongly for home improvement needs. |
Joseph Gallant | In and out fast, with no problems!! |
Frank L | A bizzare situation happened at the New Hartford Home Depot. I was randomly approached by the store's manager, Frank. He falsely accused me of getting into an altercation with store associates during a previous shopping experience. Clearly this was a mistaken identity issue. We are all wearing masks. Despite me telling Frank that he had the wrong guy, he continued to pursue an argument with me while I was shopping. Frank told me that his actions were excusable as a sign of the times. Random harassment and disrespect of store customers is not a sign of the times. Frank had no video footage or other info to support his claims. Later, Frank apologized, but would not explain why he approached me to begin with. |
