Called yesterday to inquire about a Gerber toilet and get a price and availability the answer I received "unless you have a account I can't give you prices you have to come in to get a price if you want". Kidding me? So I have to leave work to get a price on a toilet? No wonder places like this are closing up due to poor service like this. I was going to give them the business to keep it local but FORGET YOU! I'd rather buy online and not bother with a crazy answer like that or even give the business to a corporate chain. Don't waste your time with this place prices are better at other plumbing suppliers that actually want the business unlike this place.
