The initial service person was at my house withing a half hour of my call. He was very friendly and described what he was doing and the results. He was able to get a second service person at my house to do a video inspection of my drain pipe, again describing what he was seeing on the monitor. In both cases they worked efficiently and did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area after completion.

Tim and Brian were very professional and experts in their craft. Took the time to explain and provide additional information. Efficently corrected the clog and offered preventative suggestions for the future. Arrived ion time and completed quickly. Job well done

I wanted to take time to recognize two of your employees for the exemplary service they provided. I needed to replace my hot water heater and Jimmy did a wonderful job. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything to me. I also had an issue with my sewer system. Tom was amazing. He worked with MDC to ensure that my needs would be met. He went above and beyond. One of the nicest people I have ever met. I actually have a service contract with Ben Franklin and honestly won't use them again. You have a customer for life.
