Bryan Lockett	I contracted Exterior Associates through Home Depot to install 2 exterior doors. Using a reciprocating saw the technicians cut through wires going to exterior lighting. Initially the technician denied he did it, but fortunately for me 2 electricians who installed the cable were there and confirmed the mistake. Exterior Associates initially agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repair, then only agreed to pay for half of the cost - which I declined. After giving them the opportunity to make things right, which they didn't, I contacted Home Depot who credited my account for the repairs within 24 hours. Good for Home Depot, terrible for Exterior Associates.
