I called Dallas Creek Construction to get an estimate to stucco my house. My cedar siding was splitting and -- I just didn't like the look, anyway. I was surprised when the owner and his super both agreed that he would have to remove the siding so he could have it stuccoed. Some time elapsed and I called again. The owner then brought out the stucco subcontractor and in the presence of the owner the stucco contractor told me that he could apply the stucco over the cedar, no problem. DCC never called back with an estimate or otherwise. I had my house done by a contractor out of Montrose.
