Plumbing services by 911 Rooter & Plumbing – Northglenn in Northglenn, Colorado

I've had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past. I found Nelson owner of 911 about 6 years ago and now won't use anyone else. I recommend 911 to everyone and can't say enough good things. They are incredible professionals, and superb at customer service. They are very balanced and won't tell you have to have the most expensive thing, but also aren't cheap. Their advice is very pragmatic and realistic and never have to worry about the quality of their work and if I got over-charged. They arrive when they say they will, clean up after themselves and do great work.

George is great! He is very responsive and his prices seem reasonable. I have used him for my home and I have recommend him to my real estate clients for inspections/repairs. He does a great job of explaining the problem AND how to fix it. He will not waste your time nor your money. If buying a part is cheaper for you to do, he will recommend that; if replacing is cheaper in the long run than repairing, he will recommend that. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of by George, not so for other plumbers. Definitely recommend him!!

I really appreciated working with Bob for my plumbing needs. I had my pipes taken out and "fixed" by a different plumbing company about 2 years ago. However, the fix that was completed broke down over that time due to some missteps by that company. 911 Rooter & Plumbing cam in and fixed the issue while also providing a spray out service for me to help fix the pipes. This company responded quickly, had a great attitude, and fixed the issue. Furthermore, they offered to come out and do a free scope in 6 months to ensure that everything is holding up. One of the best interactions I have had with a company.
