Brian did an outstanding job of explaining everything we needed to do, to order, to prepare, and install a new, gorgeous, cast iron, Black enameled Kohler kitchen sink, touchless Kohler faucet, and super quiet garbage disposal. He is very patient with the complicated job. He replaced the whole assembly and reconnected the reverse osmosis water dispenser without a hitch. Allen Service Plumbing usually responds quickly, even though their phone system is answer machine only. I recommend them for their good service and response.

Excellent service! We needed our hot water heater replaced and they were here within an hour and it was fully replaced within two additional hours. No grief, no mess. Totally professional. Didn't try to talk us into anything extra that we didn't want or need and got us fixed up for a reasonable price. Looking forward to taking a nice hot shower tonight and feeling relieved we caught the problem before it was more water than our drain could handle! Great job guys!

The service we received is excellent! Here's my story: My furnace stopped working in the morning, I have four kiddos, made a few calls to other places, and was starting to be very worried about how I could make sure all would be well. I made a call to Allen Heating & Air and they were able to be at my house in 30 minutes, which is outstanding! Jenny initially took my call, and did a great job of answering questions and really helping me feel they genuinely cared. Also, Jenny outlined a care plan they offer, which is incredible and gives me piece if mind for the next year, as I sourced a few other places to compare - nothing comes close. Melissa scheduled me up, James came to our house and worked magic, and I couldn't be happier about choosing Allen H&A!!
