| Tina Berg | We had a gentleman come to our house on a Sunday for a boiler issue. Albeit it was a Sunday and an urgent issue, but to receive a bill of 600 for two hours is ridiculous to adjust the level of gas Plus, we were in big trouble with Xcel energy because the guy tampered with the meter and that was a definite NO with Xcel. So we had to deal with them on the other end of this repair. I'm sad because they've done great work in the past, but I can't afford their exorbitant prices!! 300/hour for labor! |
