We had a great experience with Parkey's. First of all, they were quick to come out when our furnace was producing a burning type smell. Other companies couldn't get to us for a few days unless we paid an emergency fee. Parkey's just charged their typical service fee which was very reasonable. Tim was honest about the condition of our 24 year old furnace upon inspection and didn't try to up-sell us, but rather just provided us with different options to research. Our installation specialist was Braden and he was great. Professional, knowledgeable and very nice. He left our home very clean and made sure to go over everything about our new furnace and AC unit with us. Top notch service!

We had Tim out to the house to give us a quote on the AC unit, we had another company put in the furnace and at that time they also put in the coil for the AC, Tim was knowledgeable and pleasant while here at the house. Since the other company had already done so much of the initial work their cost was 2100 for the same unit that Tim quoted us 3800. on Monday when Tim called I thanked him and stated we went with the other company for obvious reasons and that is when Tim's professional demeanor changed, he got short and stated "well you get what you pay for" and hung up on me. It is unfortunate that just because we did not choose their company they had to be rude.
