Although the tech was very nice, we needed a handle that flushes the toilet replaced and they told me I needed a new toilet. 1,595.00. I felt very taken advantage of. I found a replacement myself for just the handle.

I paid 200 5 weeks ago to have my sink unclogged and today its clogged again. I called to ask if they guarantee their work she said only up too 30 days I understand this policy but since I'm 10 days past I felt they could have worked with me or at least gave a discount. In the past when my sink has been unclogged I go 2-3 years with out problems. She just said sorry have a good day. Wont go with this company again!

We have called Kerwin Plumbing over the years for our plumbing issues and they have always been prompt and reasonably priced. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. We called them for a non-emergency plumbing issue this week. We had a leaking valve on the water line to a toilet. The gentleman who came out several days after our call was very polite and efficient. He was here for approximately 30 minutes. He not only replaced the valve, he also replaced the flapper on the inside of the tank. The charge for approximately 30 minutes of work? 275!!!!! This is outrageous. The gentleman gave us a "senior discount" and we actually paid 261.25, and that is STILL outrageous! We will not be calling them again, and I am telling all the people I have referred to Kerwin over the years about their current rates.
