John Richards	First, I would like to say they have courteous employees, they were nice and did a professional finishing job, that is the 1 star they get. Regarding the invoice which included going to the store to get materials as "labor", is unprofessional and wrong. They originally charged me 4 hours to go get materials for a small job 2 hours for 2 people. It is not common practice to charge for "getting materials". According to contractors, you bid the job for labor and materials, not acquiring the materials. I am very unhappy with the way they handled the billing/invoice process. I emailed the company with my complaints and they said they would "make a 1 time adjustment for my confusion". I will not refer to Another Plumbing Company as long as their unethical billing practice continue.
