If I could give these guys negative stars I would. Instead of a star they should get a couple of middle fingers. We needed a new water heater and called these guys as there was a sticker on our water heater with their number. They quoted us 4400 to replace our water heater and get everything up to code. I requested a breakdown of the costs and then was told that they would do it for 3200. When I told them that I just wanted a breakdown of the costs, they quoted me 1900. In the period of less than 10 minutes, cost went down from 4400 to 1900. They are banking on the fact that they charge 99 for a visit and that you will protect your investment by overpaying for their services.

Called as their number was on the old water heater. Probably a mailer that was affixed They said they would arrive in 4 hours. No Show. I called 5 hours later, they said within 1 hour they would arrive. I called 90 minutes later and was told that they called me and left voicemail 30 minutes ago to reschedule. I did not receive a call or message. I called back and rescheduled for 8am the next day. 10:00am still no show. Horrible service and proceeded to lie about their interactions with me. Definitely will not do business if this is the level of support.
