| David Francisco | So, I scheduled an appointment with these guys a week out this past Thursday and was promised a call during the week for a quote. No quote call ever received. Thursday comes and I get a call from their driver, who says that because his power is out due to winds he won't be coming today. I ask multiple times for rescheduling, what appointments will be open, when can he get here, etc. Nothing. I banter with him because I don't want to give him a hard time because of weather, but I requested multiple times for a rescheduled appointment. I had to call the next day just for them to tell me Tuesday. Unprofessional. Nice, but nice is no good unless you do the job well. |
