This company was called out to fix a problem with my bathtub knobs. When they could not fix it the first day they were out right away on time the next day. The job took about 3 hours. The main reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when he left my bathtub drain stopper was nowhere to be found. I am 10 months pregnant and all I wanted was a bath. I had waited all weekend long, and I cannot figure out what he did with it for the life of me. It is nowhere in my bathroom, and he claims he did not take it. Very frustrating. The lady on the phone was very nice though.

Our water heater sprang a leak and we needed to replace it ASAP. My husband phoned Economy Plumbing and was told they could have a plumber out that day. In the meantime, my husband bought a new water heater and drained our old one. An Economy Plumbing employee Barbie, I think kept my husband informed on when the plumber would arrive. They were very easy to deal with and work around our time frame. When the plumber came out Nick he was pleased that the old one was drained and all he had to do was remove it and install the new one. He was very efficient and extremely easy to deal with. He did an excellent installation. We would recommend Economy Plumbing any day. They are a breath of fresh air compared to many other companies we have dealt with.
