Plumbing services by Donlon Plumbing Inc. in Oxnard, California

My mother was quoted a plumbing job to replace outdoor sewer pipe that had been clogged with tree roots over the years. She spoke with the Plumbing co. that she did not have a computer so if they could overnight the contract to her and start the job. She is 87 and lives alone having broker her hip several time she is in a walker and wheel chair. The office never did send her a contract and I, her son, had several conversations with there office that they had sent the contract in "snail mail" which never arrived. Imagine her surprise when attempting to exit her house in the walker that a 3' x5' x 12" hole was at the gate of her driveway. The co. stated that the quote did not include patch and repair of the driveway. This was news to her! She cancelled the credit card payment and I had several conversation with their office for a resolution. They sent a worker out and threw down some premix asphalt in a big pile about 6 inches higher than the driveway. She not has to have a company come in and tear out the pile and patch properly. She was very disgusted with the Donlon Plumbing Co. I have never posted a review on a product or person in my life but felt strongly to warn potential customers to beware!

First class workmanship. Showed up on time and David was very through, both with his appearance and work area. Very nice man and extremely helpful. I always call Donlin because their crew is always professional. May not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
