Gary Gordon and the rest of the team at Gene Burch Plumbing are terrific. They have been very responsive in helping me efficiently identify, locate and repair a leak in my radiant heat system that was costing hundreds of dollars a month in lost water. Gary recommended an excellent leak detection guy and clearly laid out the process to locate and execute the repair. So far, everything has gone to plan. I appreciate that the entire Gene Burch team are not trying to "sell me" on things I don't need. I did request evaluation of my radiant heat boiler and hot water heater as they are both getting old and approaching their end of life. Gary has offered suggestions on alternative approaches that each come with their own benefits, but without pushing me in one direction or another. I appreciate that. I have had very good experience with the company and they are my "go to' team.
