If you happen to have them sent to your home by your home warranty company, expect them to fix nothing and to have to call them back twice more before they tell you some excuse for not fixing your plumbing problem. An emergency will turn into a catastrophe when these characters are involved. They actually do more damage than repairs and while doing so they treat the customer with complete contempt. It is surprising they stay in business at all. It appears they are pulling something with the insurance company because from the reviews at Yelp, the home warranty customers universally hate Docs Plumbing. Avoid them at all costs. A simple water heater problem turned into a expensive flood for which I was forced to bear the cost. Repairing Docs work is very, very costly.
