We have used them several times with our over 100 year old home. We have been pleased with their work, they arrive during the assigned window of time, and the plumbers are friendly.

They are awesome! Used them at my rental house and my moms rentals.very good price, great explanation of what was needed and very nice guys!

I've used this company a few times at two different residences and the work they did on site was decent. The actual person who came out was professional, on time and did very good work. That's why I at least gave them two stars and not one. The reason for the low rating is the awful customer service on the phone. Each time I call the owner makes everything seem like it's my fault with no positive feedback to resolve the problem. I didn't do this, or I bought the wrong piece or whatever. Just terrible people skills. I won't be using them again. If you want a company that is going to make you feel stupid for your plumbing choices and that belittles and argues with you on the phone choose this one. For my money I will be finding someone else who will be more positive and proactive in solving my plumbing problems. I'll be going elsewhere in the future for sure.
