I would have gave a negative review because they first quoted me at 89 for a simple sink clog then when one technician came out he said it would be 150 but would have to charge extra to put the pipe fittings back together unless we wanted to do it. So we said no worries we would put it back together. So as he attempted to unclog the drain he stopped and said he didn't have the right machine to do the job so another technician would be out shortly. So now technician 2 shows up and says that it's a tight space for our kitchen sink and for this job its going to be 250 and we would have to be charged for him to put the pipe fittings back together and there was no way around it he would have to do it because how could he know if the job was done right unless he put it back together and tested it. Fair enough. But I just dont understand how it goes from 89 to 150 to 250 for a simple kitchen sink stoppage! And it's not the fact that it was 250 but if that is what it was going to cost just be up front from the beginning and stop with all the theatrics. I'm happy the job got done but it took 2 days because of there scheduling and 2 different technicians and 1 call center person with 3 different prices. I would recommend you shop around before dealing with this business because they are deceitful in there pricing and I dont agree with that.

Phenomenal work! Water heater broke at 11:30 am, called at 11:45, heater was 23 years old, was hoping would make to 25 but it was just her time, said he'd be there as soon as he finished his last job, set a great fixed price. Got to my house at 1:00 PM, 2 hours later, new beautiful water heater installed at the exact price no funny business! Will be using these guys for just about everything!!!!
