Hand cook plumbing was able to come to our home to give us a proper assessment for a brand new hot water heater. Our water heater was having issues. We decided that we either wanted to get a new hot water heater or have the old hot water system replaced with a tank less unit. We ended up deciding to have a tank less system installed and are very happy with our results

A tech came out for an initial inspection for replacing our old water heater. He inspected every single detail, explained everything like a pro and helped us to conclude that our existing water heater is still good for some time. He was very patient with all our questions and answered them in detail. He did his job very well. He even gave us many tips about how to take preventative measures. After we had called a couple companies we were able to get a hold of Frank who came out within about two hours of the initial phone call. He was able to explain to us what services that we needed and was able to even get the job done the very same day.
