The water main to my house brakes the day I am leaving for vacation. While leaving for the airport I am calling around for someone to come out to make the necessary repairs to no avail. If remembered that my next door neighbor and good friend told me about a company that he used and that they were really great and reasonable. So I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was on another job, however he must have heard the urgency in my voice. He told me he will be out. It took him a little longer then he expected to finish the job he was on and it was soooo late and I knew his day was over but Jeremy said he told me he would be there and him and his crew were there! It was late and they all were tired and hungry but they still kept there appointment with me. I know because it was late I was the exception to the rule or maybe not maybe this was standard opoperating procedure. Whatever it is, to me it was great customer service with very reasonable prices. They are the best wouldn't recommend anyone else

Jeremy told me that he wanted to charge my 80 year old parents over 4000. to clear out a sewer pipe, because he had to cut into their cement floor to fix a broken pipe. I'm very intuitive and could tell he was lying, so I put him off from cutting into the cement floor "to fix a broken pipe" and called another plumber to inspect the job that Jeremy said would cost my folks over 4000. The new plumber immediately found a clog near a clean out in the backyard, which was just a mass of roots from a nearby tree, so it cost my folks around 120. instead of over 4000. My parent are not rich and barely get by financially, so I was not too happy about the situation. This guy is a thief and he will lie to you about the severity of your plumbing problem in order to bilk you out of your hard earned cash. He has a sail boat down at the Newport Marina and other very nice and expensive things that he pays for by cheating customer and stealing from them.
