I've used Preferred on several occasions for my home and business both for AC service and plumbing. Each time I have been scheduled right away. I get a call ahead and a text with the tech's name and photo which really is a great feature! The tech is always on time as well. The tech explains everything to me in detail as to what's needed and I couldn't be happier with their service. Customer service is rare these days so it's nice to hire a company who still values it.

TJ did our semi-annual winter heat pump maintenance and inspection. He was very professional and enjoyable to talk to. I have used Preferred for over 5 years for AC/Heat Pump maintenance , as well as plumbing problems. The company is first rate with very professional workers.

The overall experience far exceeded my expectations as we have had some bad experiences from other contractors in the past, hence that why we called Preferred Services. Polite, professional response from the office, detailed time of arrival backed up with a call to say that the contractor was on his way. He arrived, polite, listened to my concerns and carried out the repair, no mess, no fuss and a very good price. He has certainly restored our faith in plumbers. Thoroughly recommend the company. If I could give more than five stars I would. Their number is now on my speed dial, just in case.
