This was my nightmare home repair experience. Everything I asked about was a 200 issue, including a toilet flapper replacement. I ended up buying the 10 flapper myself and putting it in in about 5 minutes. I think the man who came thought I was someone who would just fearfully tell him to do 1000 in repairs. These are like the car repair crooks you always hear about. It would have been much worse if I had let that guy touch anything in my house.

Avoid this company, The worst service ever, when i 1st called for information they were extremely rude, Then they gave me a window of time, The service plumber showed up 2 hours late, Then he proceeds to give me this crazy high price for a simple repair, i declined it, called another plumber & his price was 75 lower, So glad i called for a 2nd opinion. I would highly avoid this company for there bad customer service and over charging.

Excellent service from the minute I contacted Pacific Coast Plumbing, through the entire process. Noelle kept me informed with a confirmation call as well as a call 15 minutes before Henry and Jorge arrived to install our new sink and faucet. Henry was not only an expert in his craft with expediency and precision, but also a problem solver. There were a few issues that came up while he was replacing our very old sink, and he solved the problems as soon as they arose. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We love our new sink and faucet and will recommend Pacific Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. What a pleasure.
