Office Rep. Anna was great in assisting me with my electrical problem. She was patient and prompt. She updated me asap, called me, texted me and e-mailed on how the project/ how the problem was coming along and how it would be resolved. She stays on top of everything all the way through until it is completed. She and the Company are speedy about taking care of their customers needs. Joe the 1 Electrician was on top of taking care of the electrical problem with my panel and breakers. He is professional, knowledgeable and has first class customer service. He gets the work done asap. Pete 2 Electrician Joe's assistant works well with Joe. Pete is an all around decent guy and is going to be an asset to the company.

This company has great customer service as well as professional service employees. They value customers time and communicate well to advise when electricians will arrive. This was nice because I hate when companies give you a 4-6 hour window and keep you on house arrest until they get there. Once my electrician arrived he asked what needed to be done. He quickly made his assessments and delivered high quality work. I didn't have to clean up after the work was done and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the near future!
