I don't usually believe in five star reviews, because five stars means flawless. But there is no other word for the work the plumber did in my bathroom today. I had two problems: a clogged tub drain and a running bathroom sink, neither of which I could have fixed myself. The sink was probably 1,000 years old, a piece of cast iron work that was sorely in need of replacement. I was stressed with the problem to begin with--who isn't stressed out with a plumbing problem?--but he could not have made it any easier. He took me to the hardware store, explained what I needed to buy and why I needed it, made suggestions when I had no idea what I was looking at, and then came back and fixed everything in two hours. It was ridiculous. There is no other word for it. It doesn't hurt that he's a great guy and easy to get along with. His attitude was the best part: he's calm and reassuring when you're worried about a serious problem. And that is tremendously important. These guys are the best. Highly recommended!
