W Jack	While Joe the owner was nice and very knowledgeable, he did not show up to do the work himself. He didn't tell me this beforehand. He sent over a couple of contractors to do the work; one was good / one was not. I pointed out to the worker who was not so good, and he became upset that I expected my brand new water heater to still look brand new after he was done. He dented and scratched the unit by leaning a ladder into it instead of putting the ladder to the side of the unit. Also burned the house drywall when using a torch to solder the new piping. Very sloppy. Based upon my experience, I can't recommend. I hope Joe is able to the best people in the future; he's a nice guy and deserves to have the best contractors working for him.
