| Lawrence Ballay | I emailed Water Heater Pros about installing a new heat pump water heater to take advantage of the SMUD rebate. They called promptly and set a time and date to come by and take a look at my old heater. Steve came by, was very professional, and walked me through what the install would be like and my out of pocket cost. They applied for all the permits and rebates. On the morning of my install a pair of electricians showed up exactly when they said they would and got me wired and ready for the installation. After the electricians left Patrick and Sean arrived and began the installation. They were professional and courteous, answering all my questions. Within a few hours they had my old heater out and my new, improved hyper efficient heater installed. Job was very professional. I am pleased with their work. Highly recommend! |
