Had another Plumber come out a few days ago. Miss diagnosed. His claims didn't sound right so I decided to get a second opinion. From the start was impressed with the professional scheduling process. A-1 Plumbing came out and listened to my situation. Did a thorough exam and concluded it was my dishwasher and not actually plumbing. Gave good advice and was on his way. I really appreciate the knowledgeability, honesty, and professionalism, and would definitely recommend this company.

Right when it starts to get really cold in Orange County our heater won't turn on. We are new home owners and upon reading lots of reviews we decided to call A-1 Heating & Air. We definitely made a good decision. I was surprised that they were able to give us a time window for the same day, since it was the first really cold morning and I guessed that they would be really busy. They came right on time. Our technician John was a great listener and fixed the problem right away. Our fancy dancy programmable thermostat was messing up and he replaced it with a nice simple one like we wanted. The next night the heater decided that it was still not going to work. We called and they came out in a very timely manner again. Marlon found the problem right away and took care of it. Overall we are happy with the service and price.

John was very professional explained everything to us and made sure we understood. Went over all of our options and made some suggestions as to how to maintain our AC unit to keep it up and running. He also answered all of our questions. Overall I loved the service, the professionalism and how knowledgeable John is. Thanks John
