I wanted to thank PRC for incredible service. Their project manager Oscar Rivera was very informative and able address the issues that were needed and how to file with my insurance and working with our plumber. Their staff were very kind and helpful and detailed oriented and did an incredible job. I can't thank all them so much. They were quick and provided incredible service. Not that I want to go through what I went through but I would call them again if needed. Thank you all.

Our kitchen drain pipe under the house The drain pipe under our kitchen sink disconnected at some point and water collected under the house. After the plumber told us we had 4 inches of standing water under 1/4 of our house, they recommended PRC. Within 30 minutes they called us and told us they'd be at our home in an hour and they were. Project manager assessed the situation, told us what had to be done and that they would complete the job same day. We were happy with their estimate and the crew arrived an hour later and began the process. Very respectful employees from start to finish. Highly recommend.
