My daughter called SoCal for my water heater. Shandy came out and got it started right away. It was really old so he came back the next day, but we had hot water before he left. Shandy was very professional and did not try to upsale me. He gave me a fair price and finished quickly. I called my daughter just to ask her how she found him. She told me she just googled them and they had good reviews. I called up plumbers three times before calling Socal Plumbing. The technician called to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He diagnosed the pipe problem immediately. He quoted the cost, and finished the job quickly. He explained everything he was doing as he went. I knew I also was in need of a water heater replacement. He quoted the job for me and we scheduled it later in the week. That has now been finished as well. I am very happy with my experience.
