My experience is from the inside. As an ex employee of Frontier. I have nothing but admiration and positive feedback on they're organization and efficiency, superb example of how a company should run. Plus on a personal level as a new comer to California from Texas they gave me an opportunity. Now I got my own company. But all I can say is THANKS!!!!

I visited their office a while back and the whole place was pretty odd. Just about everyone I saw there was strange and looked like they had just stepped out of a time machine from 1980s Idaho or something. Really weird deal. Place needs a face lift.

My hot water heater went out this weekend. Called the manufacture and they gave me Frontier's number and told me they would ship out the part next day. Called Frontier and they told me they could be out within a couple of hours and they had the parts in stock! That I could just drop off the part being sent to me later on. I was so shocked and grateful! Romaldo showed up on time and was very fast and efficient! Within hours I have a working hot water heater! That is good customer service! I know who I will be contacting if I ever need a plumber again!
