I never leave reviews for anything, when I scheduled my appointment they said it was scheduled for the day after we agreed upon. When it was time for them to show up @9am, nobody came, i waited till 10:30 to call, when I did, the lady who answered the phone was so rude to me she hung up. I called back and she put me on hold for ten minutes. They came to fix a leaky fosset and by the time they left it was worse. They said it was unfixable unless I ordered a bunch of parts, just called a handyman I know and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Do not give your money to this terrible business! |
| Rebecca R | I was told my appointment would be 8am. I called at 11:30am and asked for an update. They called back a half hour later and said it would be another hour. Apparently they had told me the wrong appt. time when I scheduled and since there's no confirmation phone calls as there are with other plumbing businesses I had no way of knowing this. I took the entire morning off of work and received no apologies for their mistake. I will never use Mad River for my plumbing needs. |
