I called Graham's Plumbing to have a shower conversion kit installed. They came out and inspected the bathrooms. They said they would give me an estimate but for them to come out they charged me 69. After they left I took a bath in the bathroom that they were in for a while which now I do find oddand afterwards I went downstairs to find water coming from the upstairs bathroom to my downstairs office. May I add that I did not have any leaks until they arrived. I left them alone and they were in that one bathroom for a good bit and did God knows what to cause the leak. I called them and they said that they may have accidentally knocked something loose. They came back and sprayed a sealant which of course did not fix the leak. I at this point had a gut feeling to not allow them back in my house. I had another plumber come back that was honest and knew what he was doing. He even said that it looked like they may have purposely caused the leak. He made about 10 trips out to fix the leak and only charged me 200. Compared to the estimate that one made to fix the leak of 800. I am posting this because I think it is wise to think twice about allowing these people into your home that I believe to do more harm then good. Had they had any reviews I may have searched otherwise. Being new to Helena I did not know better but now I guess I had to learn the hard way and hope this post helps someone.
