| Jeffrey Sharp | There was actually someone at counter. He either was asleep or in a coma. The last time I needed a key made, I tried there first. I had to shake the guy awake. Then it turned out he didn't know how to operate the machine and seemed offended that I said maybe he should have learned how to operate the machine before accepting a job requiring him to do so. He then proceeded to use an old, noisy, P. A. to call for his boss in a whining type voice. This went on for a full 30 min. The manager finally showed up with ketchup running from the corner of his mouth to the front of his shirt, where it was making a large stain. He also had a very large and very old machine operation manual. It took em the rest of the day to get one key made. By the time I got home it was getting dark and cold, so I didn't have time to put the knob in the front door and check to make sure the spare key I'd had made worked fine.My wife refused to believe it took me nearly all day to get a key made. She swears I went to the bar. |
