He said he would be at our house by 10:00 am. He actually arrived at 8:30 am and thoroughly explained how septic tanks work and that the filter in our tank was probably plugged up. We didn't know it had one. He went right to work and dug up the septic tank lids, cleaded the filter, installed extensions so that we would not have to dig up the yard in the future.s. He was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He was prompt and the cost was reasonable. We will call him for regular service. |
