Plumbing services by Charlie Sprung Plumbing in Show Low, Arizona

I called Charlie Sprung Plumbing today in an attempt to obtain needed plumbing services. A man identifying himself as Charlie answered. I inquired as to whether or not he performed camera inspections and/or smoke tests. Charlie stated that he did not. I then asked if he could refer me to any plumber or company in the Show Low area that did as - I explained - I'm in the Phoenix area and experiencing difficulty finding the services I desperately need. Instead of practicing professionalism and common decency, Charlie's response was to tell me that he DID, in fact, know of several "guys"who perform those services in Show Low, however, he would not refer them to me as they are his competition. I find this response unprofessional, illogical, insulting and disappointing. I will never seek nor refer others to seek services from Charlie Spring Plumbing.

Fast, friendly, honest and reasonable. Happy with the work. Highly recommend.

Charlie just left and he couldn't fix it because toilet wouldn't leak while he here. He checked the outdoor cleanout and it was clear but had been backing up. He figured the leak might because leaning back on tank was causing the clear water leak at base and advised how that could easily be fixed for both my toilets. Since he couldn't actually fix anything he charged me a very low fee for just coming so far out for the call. This man is very honest and very professional. I highly recommend him.
