| Heather Velasco | We've been in this location several times and we've never experienced "good customer service". Last week we purchased a freezer from a different location. On Friday we recieved a call stating the unit would be the display model from the Oro Valley store and that it had a couple of dings/scratches. Upon delivery the personnel didn't allow for inspection. They asked if we were told about the scratches, very rapidly unloaded the unit and left.... they didn't offer to switch the door swing, which was necessary, and they didn't even unwrap it as it tightly wrapped in multiple layers of plastic wrap. Upon unpacking it was discovered the unit was heavily damaged on one side. Later, when checking the temp of the unit we discovered the interior of the door was cracked open and busted!! I will never return to this store. I'll drive across town to the Marana location which is an awesome store and has great personnel or go to Lowe's. |
