We bought new home. Turns out it is more of a fixer-upper than anticipated. Thompson's Representative Zachary was prompt, courteous, and 100 professional...reworking and taking care of THREE smaller projects that we had already paid a “professional “ to do. They recommended and installed a new water softener system that has made a huge difference in our water! We will use Thompson Family Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs! Also, their communications were terrific! Even sent us pictures of their employee before his arrival! Best plumbing company!!

Zack was amazing! Was able to replace the water heater the same day! I was able to avoid having to take another day off of work and was very happy to have a hot shower again! Great service!

We purchased a home with unforeseen plumbing issues, and so we needed a professional. John Thompson came in, unclogged the pipe, and after sending a camera down, realized the pipe was very deteriorated cast iron. He used a process called "de-scaling" on the pipe, and afterwards, it was a HUGE improvement. We shouldn't have any more backups for a long time. Thanks for all your hard work, John !!
