I had a great experience with this company. They came out for a leak in my wall and Kyle was our technician and he was awesome!! Very very efficient and very knowledgeable and great personality. He was great. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I would definitely use this company. Hopefully Kyle would be our tech. Great job!!

I would not recommend this company. My warranty company sent them out. They refused to do the work needed unless I paid 120 for a t&p drain which I installed myself for under 20. He spent an hour on the phone with a warranty representative while I was on the phone with another instead of talking to the one I phoned,T even after asking him repatedly. He finally ended up speaking to mine. It took them all day to give me a the warranty company a quote and tell me if the part could be shipped express. When I called to inquire if they could please call the warranty company with a price, the gentleman asked why they couldn't call, like I'm supposed to not want the warranty company to get the info so I can decide. Terrible customer service, gouging prices and unhelpful representatives.
