The technical department that is responsible for service of the units has been terrible at attempting to accommodate our HVAC unit that they installed. We have been waiting for a back ordered part for several weeks and still do not have any idea of when the part is expected to arrive. The technical department also informed us that we are free to look elsewhere to get our unit serviced that was installed by Durham services by another Vendor! This is the appreciation that we have received after spending several thousands of dollars with this company. We would not refer this company to anyone who has the expectation of quality service and dependability. If these qualities are important to you I suggest you look elsewhere just as we were informed by the service department . |
