Brian Shook | well i wasn't gonna share my experience but i called into the office to talk to see what they had to say and the woman informed me that was more than likely an automated message. So here is my experience with Fuller, i bought a supposedly top of the line unit from them summer of 2018 and all was good besides the 2 new vents they cut in my dining room that where not even close to the existing ones i had but i let that go. then oi get my light bill for June or July i honestly cant remember but was almost 600 hundred dollars when my normal bill was around 250 with 27 year old unit so i called fuller and they sent someone out and said the board was bad on a brand new unit, they replaced and left, and paid the overages on my power bill. Next month same thing high light bill, board bad again, pay difference on power bill. i think they changed about 5 boards before they realized it was an installation error. somewhere in that 4 month period i had to have my unit charged with Freon because of a leak in the old line set that was supposed to be replaced and a new thermostat wire ran because the old one was reused. oh and they have replaced my thermostat once already. just recently the blower motor went out and they had to put a temporary one in till the new one came, then the connector got lost or something happen to it and they had to buy a new wiring harness for it and i had to call and ask when they were gonna come fix it. it has just been a nightmare from the get go. the install guys also forgot to up size the breaker cause i had a bigger unit installed luckily one of there commercial guys that fixed the board caught that. but it seems that they are such a big company they hire anybody and everybody just beware |
Alex Hughes | Very nice people. I told him I wanted a quarter-turn water shut-off valve and he didn't have one in his truck. Instead of saying he didn't have one he went to two different hardware stores to get me the quarter turn valve I wanted. He drove from Muscle Shoals to Russellville to come service my problem on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and a down to earth individual. He was very honest and answered all of the questions I asked. Quality work and customer service is awesome. Definitely going to use them again. |
Michael Smith | Called on a whim on a Monday morning to schedule a unit cleaning. I was hoping to get it knocked out same day, but was really expecting to get scheduled for a day later in the week. When I asked if there was any way they could come that day, they not only obliged, but was here before noon! Technician Brody was very professional and courteous. Also received a follow up call later that afternoon to ensure my service was satisfactory. |
