They did a substantial amount of work on my house but was very lacking on wanting to do final detail / punch-list items. Generally does not keep to the initial schedule/timetable. One of his employees was arrested for theft. Suggest you put all work to be done and cost in writing and not pay final amount until everything is 100 complete to your satisfaction, because he will not come back and do it later. On the last job they committed to do they decided 4 weeks later that they were not going to do it after all. I'm guessing because it was all in writing by then so there wasn't any room to up-charge later. Also started a front-door installation and walked away from completing it. WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN ! |

| KDenise Sandlin | People Beware, and cautious of local plumbing companies, called to ask about repairing leak underneath mobile home, crew member came out, look under home, suggested re plumbing home no other options, due to not being able to pay 3,500 to start job next day, and told crew member this, he then left long enough to drive to end of drive, came back , Asking for a 85 service call fee, which when called to enquire about leaking, talked to owner , He never told us, there would be a 85 service call, So Ask when calling cause they will blindside you with a service call fee. Then as i called to let them know We were never told about service fee, that i didnt have money available til friday, and that id been without water 18 days, owner wants to be rude and disrespectful and Say you in a hell of a situation, then arent you. |
